For most of our products, we have no MOQ, but quantity will directly influence the price. Surely, the larger quantity, the more favourable price.

No, you don’t pay mold charge again for reorder.

It’s better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and .PSD. Almost every format are available for us.

If your goods are shipped to the Europe, North America, Asia, The typical turn around time is 10-12 working days for manufacturing. And 3-4 working days for courier.

We require 30% depoist before we start the order. Small amounts below in full payments will be appreciated because of the handling fee occurs every time.

The average production cycle for our products is 8-10 workdays, but this can vary according to the quantity of orders, the complexity of our products, and the different seasons.
